What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you start a consultation, submit a lead form, or request a market report. Your chat conversations with Rose (our AI assistant) and with our team, including files you choose to share in chat (up to 8 MB each). Your saved favourites and consultation answers (budget, timeline, areas of interest). Basic technical information needed to run the site.
Phone verification
We verify phone numbers by SMS one-time code before creating a lead. Verification is performed by Twilio on our behalf; your number is shared with Twilio solely to deliver the code.
AI processing
Rose is powered by Google's Gemini API. Messages you send in chat are processed by Google to generate replies. Do not share information in chat you would not put in an email.
Cookies
Essential cookies (always on): your cookie-consent choice, a session marker while completing a consultation, and staff sign-in for our team. Non-essential cookies (only with your consent): a persistent visitor identifier so we can pick up where you left off, a counter for free Rose answers, and a short-lived phone-verified marker so you are not re-asked for a code. Declining non-essential cookies never blocks browsing.
Where your data lives
Our database and servers are hosted in Canada (AWS, Canada Central region). Files shared in chat are stored in our database.
How we use it
To provide the consultation, respond to your inquiries, connect you with our team, send a market report you requested, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers named above.
Retention
We keep lead and conversation records while they are needed to serve you and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Contact: privacy contact placeholder — client to provide.
